John Keck - Director of Web Development

John is a highly accomplished web strategist and usability expert from Seattle, WA. Prior to moving to Asheville, he worked for several years at RealNetworks, eventually landing a Senior Director role for their International Web group. During his time at Real, he directed the strategy and design of web sites and applications for such major players as NBA, MLB, CNN, NASCAR, and T-Mobile. His projects have been featured in international technology tradeshows; a result of his unyielding interest in latest web trends and best practices. John later became the CTO of a top web design company in Seattle. He now leads all creative development at Xondie, ensuring that every site will be fully optimized to meet business goals and provide the best possible user experiences.

Diana Kantor - Lead Developer, Drupal/WordPress Expert

Diana started her programming career in the high-tech center of Austin, TX where she played an instrumental role in launching several Java-based internet start-ups. She quickly became known for her unusual ability to write virtually bug-free code. Her ease in communicating with both technical and non-technical people repeatedly put her into the role of "translator." She later brought her technical skills to Seattle, WA where she developed Java and PHP web applications for both large and small corporations. Diana now leads all software development at Xondie, including Drupal, WordPress, and other PHP content management system development.
